Shipping for Bigiotto’s products

  • - The orders placed until 3 pm during working days will be shipped the same day and delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the next day and delivered within 48 hours after placing the order. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be sent on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. We do not reserve orders for periods longer than 7 days.
  • - Shipping costs 16 lei for orders smaller than 500 lei.
  • - Free shipping for orders over 500 lei.
  • - You can pay cash when receiving your order or by card when placing the order.
  • - Any order received until 3 pm will be shipped the same day and delivered to your door within 24 hours. If the information regarding the sender is wrong (address, phone number, etc.), the package will be sent back to us. If the client’s order history is negative (unpicked packages, returns) we have the right to refuse further orders. The packages shipment might be delayed during busy times of the year (legal holidays, Black Friday) and the delivery time could go up to 5 working days. Most of the time, the packages will be shipped within 24-48 hours after placing the order.

Exchanging Bigiotto’s products

There are two shipments involved when exchanging a product. We split it 50/50, we will pay for the shipment, you will pay for return.

Because we want you to benefit from our products as quickly as possible, we have chosen to send you the requested exchange the same day we receive the request. So, within 24 hours of request, the package can be at your door. All you have to do is to let us know that you want an order product exchange using the contact form with the following instructions: choose the subject of the message "product exchange (s)", and in the message carefully include the order reference, the model (s) on which you order you want to change it and the model (s) you want instead. If you want to exchange with another size or another product, we send the requested product (s) / requested, and the exchange will take place immediately, in front of the courier.

We trust you, you trust us! We will split the freight, 50/50, so you will have to pay only 11 lei. If the price of the product or products requested in exchange is higher than the original order, you will have to pay the difference to the the courier and the transport fee of 16 lei. If the price of the desired product instead is lower than the price of the paid product, the difference will be returned by bank transfer or will be converted into a voucher valid on the next order. Also, in this case, we can bear the transport fee for the desired model in exchange and the 11 lei will be withheld from the amount to be returned. The condition of the product (s) must comply with the return conditions described below.

Returning Bigiotto’s products

The cost of shipping the products for return are supported by you. There are 3 simple steps for returning a product.

  1. Let us know via email that you want to return the products using the contact form as follows: choose Product/s return as the subject headline and if you paid at delivery, please specify your IBAN and the holder’s name so our financial department can refund you if the return is accepted. Additionally, you should specify the order reference and the reason of the return.
  2. We will send a courier to your address to pick-up the package that will be sent to our address in Cluj-Napoca, 64 Moților Street. At arrival, the courier will charge you for the cost of the shipping. We will not accept packages with cash on delivery as all the payments towards are clients are via bank transfer. You can choose not to pay the shipping costs and we will include the cost in the refunded amount if it is sent with Fan Courier or DPD Courier. We will not accept deliveries via post office.
  3. Our team will check the state of the returned products. If they meet the conditions described below, our financial department will refund your money. If you paid by card, the money will be sent back on the card you used when placing the order. A product that is accepted for the return procedure must not have evident signs of wear and must have all the tags and documents it was sent with, in the original package. 

These 3 steps must be followed for the return to be accepted. The bank transfers will be sent in 2-3 working days. The legal term for returning the money is 14 days but we try to make it as fast as possible!

Products can be returned in maximum 30 calendar days since receiving the package but please let us know of the return or exchange as mentioned above.

Whether you need to change the product or want your money back, you can just relax. We will send the courier to you address!
